Your relentless drive and energy fuel your persistence and determination, while your strong networking and communication skills are essential to thriving in our dynamic environment. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Oversee our diverse set of projects: Customer co-creation, change & process-related as well as innovation technology projects. + Create comprehensive project plans: Defining key deliverables, crafting a stakeholder map, and breaking everything down into clear work packages. + Ensure that we communicate regularly and openly, keeping all stakeholders informed. + Adhere to the project's activities, schedule, and resource commitments. + Coordinate project communication to all relevant stakeholders – from operational to C- level management, internal to external. **What We're Looking For** + Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or business administration and ideally, you bring industry experience in data centers. + At least 5 years of working experience. + Ability to work well in cross-functional teams, across cultures. + You can demonstrate proactive stakeholder management skills. + Excellent communication and teamwork skillsYou exhibit a get-it-done mentality combined with being team player. + Results-oriented, structured, and always striving for improvement. + You exhibit a get-it-done mentality combined with being team player. + Proficiency in English is essential (German or Danish language is a plus). **What You'll Get from Us** 1.
