Skills and Requirements 5–7 years of Project Management in banking/financial services Clarity Experience Project finances: budgeting, tracking, variance analysis, accruals Issues/Risks/Schedule management with clear mitigation and executive reporting Excellent written & verbal communication; senior stakeholder and vendor coordination Proficiency with enterprise PM tools (Clarity PPM preferred), MS Project/Smartsheet, RAID tracking Ability to work onsite in downtown Chicago as needed (if selected local) Prior BMO experience or large North American bank PMO experience Experience in Business Banking, lending, servicing, or operations transformations Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and Waterfall stage gates (hybrid environments)
