Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in banking or financial services Proven experience managing lending-related projects (e.g., loan origination, credit systems, lending platforms) Strong understanding of lending workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements Expertise in project planning, governance, and execution within a matrixed environment Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Proficiency with Clarity Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies Previous experience working with BMO or similar Canadian banking institutions Familiarity with digital lending platforms and integrations Agile and Waterfall methodology experience Knowledge of vendor management and third-party integrations PMP or similar certification
