Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager to support the execution of industrial automation projects in collaboration with our client. This role will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and the client. The ideal candidate will have experience managing automation projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive tasks to completion in a dynamic, technical environment.

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of automation projectsCoordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, installation, and commissioning personnelMaintain direct communication with the client to track progress, gather feedback, and manage expectationsAssist in scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone trackingIdentify risks and support mitigation strategiesPrepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and action plansEnsure alignment between technical deliverables and client requirementsCollaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely execution

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field)2–4 years of experience in project management within automation, robotics, or industrial systemsFamiliarity with automation technologies (PLCs, robotics, control systems)Strong organizational and communication skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams and clientsProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Gantt charts)Ability to travel occasionally to client sites

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum, or similar)Experience working with automation platformsKnowledge of quality standards and industrial safety protocols
