This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in Cleveland Clinic's growth and work with one of the top talent teams in the country. In this visible role, you will be responsible for managing highly complex recruitment projects that enable workforce organizational growth, including hospital openings and institute expansions such as our upcoming Neurology Institute expansion at Main Campus. You will serve as the project lead to ensure strategies are executed on time, in scope, and aligned with Cleveland Clinic's enterprise goals.
Your role will be highly visible and instrumental in bringing a world-class recruitment strategy to life by activating partnerships with key business leaders, schools and communities, launching recruitment marketing campaigns, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across Talent Acquisition. Your work will directly impact Cleveland Clinic's ability to deliver world-class care by ensuring we have the right caregivers in the right place at the right time.
**A caregiver in this position works Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM.**
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Lead growth projects tied to organizational expansions, hospital openings, and new program launches, managing all aspects.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring alignment across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruitment Marketing, Community Partnerships, and schools.
+ Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and communication strategies.
+ Apply visual management and continuous improvement (CI) principles to track progress, remove barriers, and ensure results.
+ Drive change leadership by engaging stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, and creating alignment across business units.
+ Measure project outcomes against key success metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
+ Support the integration of enterprise-wide recruitment strategies into local projects.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
+ Five years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, HR, or large-scale organizational growth projects.
+ Proven success managing projects from inception through completion with measurable results.
+ Strong relationship-building, communication, and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Master's degree. This may substitute one year of required experience.
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
+ Experience in workforce planning, recruitment operations, or healthcare expansion initiatives.

**Physical Requirements:**
+ Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
+ May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.
+ Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
+ Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
**Pay Range**
Minimum hourly: $40.48
Maximum hourly: $61.74
