Job Description
Evergreen is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Manager to support PG&E’s New Business functional area. This role will focus on coordinating permitting dependencies, managing data workflows, and providing strategic updates to leadership. Familiarity with PG&E systems and processes is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Program Coordination & Reporting
• Provide regular business line updates, including data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Report out on LEAPS permitting dependencies and project impacts.
• Advise LOBs on prioritization of workstreams based on permitting status and data readiness.
🔹 Permitting & Pre-Construction Support
• Coordinate across land use, EPW, city/county permitting, and Caltrans.
• Understand and manage pre-construction timelines and permitting milestones.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve regulatory issues.
🔹 Data Management & Systems
• Update and manage records in Salesforce and SAP.
• Use Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) for data loads, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Run task management reports and validate job status across multiple systems.
🔹 Stakeholder Engagement
• Provide clear, confident updates to leadership and executive teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for data requests and permitting coordination.
• Leverage PG&E experience to navigate internal processes and contacts efficiently.

Skills and Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in utilities or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of permitting processes (CEQA, NEPA, Caltrans, city/county).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and SAP.
• Proven ability to manage complex data workflows and provide strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• PG&E experience highly preferred.
