Job Description:

Project Manager (Infrastructure Design)

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager/ Design Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage, review, coordinate and supervise delivering infrastructure design for land development projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

Act as the Company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during the program execution.

Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.

Market and secures additional work with client. Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.

Work with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project. Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.

Monitor and report on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.

Infrastructure planning for land development projects

Manage all infrastructure design for a specific portfolio

Oversee wet and dry utilities design

Oversee roads and transportation design

Stakeholder management

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Degree in civil engineering from a recognized university

Minimum 15 years experience in infrastructure for land development projects.

Efficient Technical and Communication skills

Prior experience writing design reports

Stakeholder management

Experience in obtain NOC's from clients

Familiar with regional Standards and guidelines
