Project Manager Industrialisation (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Project Manager Industrialisation to join us and help strengthen our industrialisation expertise at Endress+Hauser Flow. Here in Reinach, Switzerland, we develop and manufacture high-quality flow measurement technology for global markets. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and the shared goal of enabling precise and sustainable processes across industries.

You will join a dynamic international team, working at the heart of our Production Centre in Reinach and interfacing with global stakeholders across product development, manufacturing, and lifecycle management.

 

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:

Work as part of a dynamic, globally active team to industrialize innovative productsTake ownership of global industrialisation in product development projects as (co-)project leaderCoordinate and implement product changes across the entire lifecycle in the role of manufacturing plannerDefine and maintain production master data, including variant configurationEnsure seamless collaboration between engineering, production, and quality to bring products from development to stable manufacturingActively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the industrialisation function

 

What do we expect from you?
You:

Hold a degree in a technical discipline (e.g. production engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a similar field)Bring several years of professional experience in an industrial environmentHave proven experience in project management, ideally in product industrialisation or manufacturing engineeringHave business-fluent English; German is an advantageWork carefully and responsibly, with a high willingness to learn, quick comprehension, strong team spirit and initiative
