•Lead the project team and the project; achieve project objectives, even if interests differ
•Establish the Project Management Plan based on the Project Charter, integrating lessons learned from other projects
•Maintain Project Documentation and provide transparency on ongoing project activities, like KPI status
•Implement the Project Management Plan together with the project team and all other resources

Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar)
•Strong technical background in industrial product development or manufacturing: knowledge of processes, materials, tooling, production equipment.
•Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
•Minimum 5-10 years of engineering/manufacturing experience including at least 2-5 years leading industrial product development or manufacturing projects.
