Key Responsibilities:

In Partnership with Australian leadership, Global Director of People Experience and Executive Director of Talent, lead on defining and designing local application of our global people strategy with a particular emphasis on inclusion and culture topicsLead the design and implementation of a new governance structure and supporting delivery plan for inclusion and culture activities in Australia which is underpinned by a coherent communications and engagement strategyWorking alongside MMC and OW Human Capital colleagues, advise and support in shaping our response to external policy drivers such as WGEA and Reconciliation Action plan expectationsCo-design and deliver an engaging training curriculumActively engage and manage key stakeholders, acting as a thought leader and partner to drive meaningful change and reinvigorate the agenda while embedding sustainable practicesContribute to the continual improvement of HC initiatives both regional and globally, often via working group representation on various HC and talent management initiatives.

Experience required:

Circa 8 years’ experience in human resources, ideally with background in people related project management, Inclusion and diversity, consulting/professional services firm.Experience in Inclusion and DiversityExperienced in delivering meaningful organisational changeFlexibility across time zonesExperienced project managerExperience working with employee-led groups (desirable)
