As Project Manager III, you will lead and manage multiple phases of complex projects using advanced project management tools and techniques to support organizational goals, with a focus on implementing value-based strategy initiatives and population health programs. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with enterprise partners, including physicians, pharmacy, nursing, social work, and other caregivers, primarily supporting Medicare Advantage and ACO populations. You will help implement programs and initiatives designed to improve patient health outcomes and support patients in staying healthy and at home longer.
**A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and is on-site about 1-2 days per week.**
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
+ Prepare and complete action plans.
+ Implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.
+ Resolve problems.
+ Complete audits and identify trends.
+ Determine system improvements and implement changes.
+ Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.
+ Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
+ Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
+ Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
+ Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
+ Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field **and** three years of project experience in an assigned area (i.e., progressively responsible experience supporting a clinical system and/or data and financial analysis)
+ **OR** Associate's degree **and** five years of experience
+ **OR** Master's degree **and** two years of experience
+ Effective relationship building skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
+ Health system experience
+ Strong project management skills (charters, documentation, coordination)
+ Project documentation expertise
+ Experience developing project charters
+ High emotional intelligence
+ Ability to build and maintain relationships
+ Collaborative team-oriented approach
+ Understanding of market network services
+ Familiarity with insurance contracting
+ Experience with Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Epic
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
+ May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.
+ Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
+ Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
**Pay Range**
Minimum Annual Salary: $63,250.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $96,467.50

A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education.
