As Project Manager III, you will lead and coordinate multiple phases of assigned projects, applying advanced tools and methodologies to achieve successful results and meet key objectives. In addition, you will prepare grant proposals as needed to secure funding for core initiatives within the Center for Workforce Development and represent Cleveland Clinic in the Healthcare Sector Partnership. We are looking for a candidate who is driven by excellence and motivated to excel in their field. This role is closely tied to our mission of serving patients, and you will work collaboratively with the operations team to help shape the future of healthcare. A caregiver in this position works remotely Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.  Must live in Northeast Ohio and have reliable transportation to come on site when needed.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

Manage all aspects of moderately complex projects and lead/manage medium to large size projects.  Leverage basic project management tools to deliver results. Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Prepare and complete action plans, complete audits and identify trends. Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements and participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and three years project experience in assigned area which may include progressively responsible experience supporting a clinical system and/or data/financial analysis, etc. OR an associate’s degree and five years of experience OR a master’s degree and two years of experience Effective relationship building skillsGrant writing experience supporting non-profit or healthcare organizationsProject management/coordination experience on long-term projectsServing as a committee/project liaison for external partnershipsMust be extremely detailed oriented, strong gravitas/presentation skills, strong ability to influence, ability to be a self-started and project manage multiple projects at once with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

A master’s degreeProject Management Professional (PMP) certification  

Physical Requirements:

Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
