Job Description
Evergreen, Insight Global’s Manage Service Division partners with a large local utility company’s Electric Asset Knowledge Management organization and their As-Built program. We are looking for Project Manager support in the As-built Program to be responsible for:
(1) understanding the mission and vision of the As-Built Program
(2) understanding the As-built Program requirements published in guidance documents and tools
(3) understanding how technology is used to facilitate achievement of the mission and vision
(4) determining, in collaboration with others team members, metrics that define the success of the Project Manager role.
A successfully project manager supporting this group will:
1. Develop a deep understanding of the As-built Standard, As-built Procedure and associated reference tools, job aids and digital mobile technology, Management of Change/Change Management procedure, Order Resolution Tracker, Dashboards, and any other guidance documents created for the As-built program.
2. Act as a change agent during the deployment of projects and changed or new guidance.
3. Perform the following:
a. Email & Issue Tracker Management
i. Monitor and respond to emails in the As-Built mailbox.
ii. Create and update MS Planner Issues to reflect status.
b. Corrective Action Plan (CAP) Oversight
i. Track and report on CAPs assigned to the As-Built program.
ii. Monitor deadlines and follow up with CAP owners to ensure timely completion.
c. Project Ownership & Execution
i. Lead and facilitate resolution of issues and CAPs as structured initiatives using the Plan/Do/Check/Act (PDCA) methodology.
d. Stakeholder Collaboration
i. Work effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and drive project success.
ii. Demonstrate a positive, collaborative attitude.
e. Support for Broader Initiatives
i. Contribute to process improvements, documentation, metrics, and change management efforts.
ii. Act as a supportive team member on projects led by others

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Project Management
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Experience with process improvements initiatives
• Experience with coordinating various activities across many organizations to support project work
• Ability to influence stakeholders towards a strategic goal
• Ability to drive tasks to completion
• Experience with MS Office 365 applications
• Experience with Project Development Lifecycle • PG&E CAP System
• Lean Methodology
