**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Project Manager – ICT** to join our team! In this role, you will provide direction and management for medium-sized ICT projects, or several smaller ICT-related projects, ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations. You will be responsible for scope development, scope management, and the commercial performance of ICT projects to meet project goals and objectives. You will plan and define program goals, devise methods to accomplish them, and develop in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies. Ensuring that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans is a key focus. Typically, you will manage ICT projects up to $100 million in total installed cost.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of assigned ICT projects.
+ Oversee the establishment of the Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents specific to ICT systems and infrastructure.
+ Establish the program requirements for all areas of the project, ensuring that draft and final deliverables adhere to these criteria, particularly for ICT systems such as data centers, telecommunications networks, smart city solutions, and enterprise IT systems.
+ Assign responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates, leveraging their qualifications and strengths to deliver successful ICT projects.
+ Negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and key subcontractors, particularly in the context of ICT design, implementation, and integration.
+ Market and secure additional work with clients in the ICT sector, including opportunities in smart infrastructure, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
+ Follow up on instructions and commitments associated with the project, ensuring alignment with ICT objectives.
+ Develop and distribute a project summary to all members of the project team for reference, with a focus on ICT deliverables.
+ Provide input on performance reviews and development plans for subordinates, particularly those working on ICT projects.
+ Mobilize company resources to create project teams capable of delivering effective, high-quality work in the ICT domain.
+ Collaborate with office facilities staff to address project space requirements for ICT teams.
+ Work with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for various elements of ICT projects.
+ Devise and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work; advise the client and company management of changes specific to ICT projects.
+ Maintain current and timely change orders related to ICT projects.
+ Promote technical and commercial excellence on ICT projects through the application of Quality Assurance processes.
+ Monitor and report to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions that could affect project cost or schedule.
+ Act as the Company representative with clients and selected subcontractors during the execution of ICT projects.
+ Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of clients, particularly for ICT-related projects.
+ Establish weekly meetings to review project status and formulate action items specific to ICT projects.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/business field, with a focus on ICT systems and infrastructure.
+ 15+ years of related work experience, including previous project management experience on ICT or related technology projects.
+ Licenses and Certifications: Professional registration or certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP may also be required.
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements.
+ Familiarity with the integration of engineering/technical aspects, as well as procurement and implementation activities, specifically for ICT systems and infrastructure.
+ Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, particularly in the ICT sector.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations related to ICT systems and technology.
+ Knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, IoT, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and smart city solutions, and how they can be effectively utilized in ICT projects.
