About the Job PAR Electric is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager I (PM I) to support the planning and execution of Transmission and Substation construction projects within our Central Region. This role is ideal for an early- to mid-career project management professional looking to grow within the electric utility construction industry while gaining hands-on experience managing complex infrastructure projects. The PM I works closely with senior project managers, construction managers, field leadership, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget.
