**Purpose**
Responsible for leading a project team to complete complex or multiple scopes of work, accountable for client satisfaction and profit and loss of the assignments.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide overall accountability for client satisfaction for assigned projects and programs of work.
+ Provide overall accountability for the profit and loss of assigned projects, managing and utilizing data related. to safety, quality, cost, schedule, progress measurement, risk management, and change management to achieve successful outcomes.
+ Single point of accountability for client and internal management for all contractual, commercial, and technical matters related to the assigned project.
+ Accountable for ensuring project compliance with company processes, written procedures, contract exhibits, agreed client scope of work, and regulatory and code requirements.
+ Liaison between project members, cross-functional teams, senior leadership, external vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated and achieved.
+ Ensure all changes to cost and/or schedule baselines are DOA and client, if required, approved and clearly communicated prior to incurring project expenditures.
+ Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks.
+ Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
+ Monitors task completion status to identify risk and develop mitigation plans.
+ Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.
+ Assess and/ or review supplier/contractor performance and determine corrective actions, if required.
+ Manage client relationships before, during, and after project execution, providing support and intelligence to the business development and project teams.
+ Participation in client engagement activities, such as industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, conventions, to promote client awareness of company brand, culture, services, capabilities, and experience.
+ Identify, attract, grow, and foster key client and supplier relationships and business opportunities.
+ Works autonomously.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, engineering preferred.
+ Seven or more (7+) years of experience.
+ Project management certification preferred.
+ Excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills – written and verbal.
+ High level of personal integrity.
+ Strong relationship capabilities.
+ Proficient in both written and spoken English.

**Physical Demands and Working Environment**
