Job Title: Change Manager / SRE Lead

Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Change/Release Management professionals with a strong technical background to lead change management processes in large-scale infrastructure, network, and security environments. This role is hands-on, focusing on driving change governance, automation, and stability while working closely with SRE, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage change and release processes across infra, network, and security domains.
Run and facilitate CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings, ensuring ITIL best practices are followed.
Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) for controlled and automated deployments.
Work with container orchestration (Kubernetes – EKS/AKS) and Docker for production-ready changes.
Manage and optimize observability/monitoring through Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus.
Perform risk assessments and impact analysis for proposed changes.
Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting in Power BI/Tableau.
Use SQL scripting for change validation, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and minimal risk in change management.
Coordinate with SRE and platform teams for continuous improvement in release processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
6–8 years in Change/Release Management with exposure to infra, network, and security changes.
Strong ITIL Change Management expertise with proven CAB experience.
Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Proficiency with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Docker, Kafka.
Solid knowledge of AWS networking (VPCs, subnets, load balancers, security groups).
Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS platforms, billing systems, and JIRA Cloud workflows.
Strong data visualization and reporting skills (Power BI/Tableau).
SQL scripting for validation/log analysis.
Excellent cross-functional coordination, analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and stakeholder management.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience with SRE practices in large-scale distributed systems.
Exposure to incident and problem management.
