The Project Manager I - Product Analysis is responsible for assisting the lead project manager on large information technology project initiatives and taking the lead on minor information technology projects. This role includes assisting or overseeing all phases of projects and initiatives to maximize the organization’s investment and to ensure that time, budget and project scope targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
·Leads or assists in the analysis of project opportunities to determine and document project scope including benefits and goals; evaluates business cases, feasibility and alternatives; and helps assess the relative priority of the project.
·Develops and manages project plans, schedules, reports, success criteria and controls to track, monitor and report on project costs, timelines and deliverables.
·Facilitates all operational checkpoint activities and leads communications throughout the project lifecycle.
·Documents, assesses and resolves all high priority project risks and obstacles as encountered.
·Reviews, monitors, and provides guidance on development, testing and implementation plans and activities to ensure support of business requirements and adherence to project methodology standards.

·Strong leadership, facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and achieve results through the efforts of others.
·Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to effectively interact with and convey information to people who possess varying levels of understanding on applicable topics.
·Good knowledge of project management methodologies, system development and testing techniques, marketing and communication strategies, and banking operations, systems and regulatory guidelines.
·Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects) with basic technical knowledge of SQL server data structures, Windows, and .Net framework.
·Exceptional organizational, process and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment and to instill a sense of urgency in others as necessary to meet deadlines.
·Strategic and problem solving mindset with developed analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
