YOUR IMPACT
At CHA, the Project Manager I works diligently to complete projects within the scope, budget, and schedule. This key role is responsible for managing the overall client relationship including any technical, financial, or logistical issues that may arise. Our Project Managers are skilled collaborators who are experts at problem solving and adapting and staying calm under pressure.
The Project Manager I coordinates contracts with the clients and subcontractors, manages purchase orders, and oversees all other project related documents. The professional in this role is responsible for all project financials and subcontractor payments, clearly communicates updates to the client, management, and project team, and attends monthly project review meetings with operations.

REQUIREMENTS
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management or a related degree is required
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience required; a minimum of 2 years of project management experience required
+ Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other management software
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences
+ Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively
+ A self-starter who excels in a high-paced work environment and works well independently
+ Expert problem solver that is adaptable and calm under pressure
+ Skilled collaborator who is focused and supportive to management at all times
+ Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred
+ PE or equivalent professional license preferred
+ PMP certification preferred
SALARY RANGE:
$94,000 - $111,500
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
