Position Summary

Project Manager 1 is responsible for managing projects associated with Photo Material quality and logistics including standard batch qualifications, new material verifications, expiration management and mitigation, and manufacturing stock logistics. Project Manager 1 will coordinate activities across multiple groups, both internal and external to Photo to achieve these goals, will analyze and evaluate data to determine quality of Photo Materials, and troubleshoot materials related issues. In addition, Project Manager 1 will help lead and coordinate cost reduction efforts related to Photo material usage including expiration management/extension and usage optimization.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for managing Photo Resist engineering inventory and assisting other departments in managing full Photo Resist production inventory.

Monitor stock levels of Photo resists and coordinate runout response procedures with equipment teams, manufacturing, procurement, and materials teams.

Support biannual material audit including system inventory upkeep and maintenance.

Monitor materials for expiration risk and coordinate mitigation efforts with equipment teams, manufacturing, procurement, and materials teams.

Coordinate cost reduction projects to align with department savings goals including material efficiency projects, materials reduction projects, and expiration extension qualifications.

Plan, organize, and execute expiration extension efforts to avoid material waste while maintaining product quality.

Coordinate manufacturing, equipment, procurement, and MT escalations. Help to troubleshoot and resolve issues associated the PR quality and line upkeep.

Help investigate quality signals related to Photo Materials and manage recovery of the line.

Manage the material batch qualification process for all material risk qualifications with a focus on highest risk materials. Coordinate with other Photo Materials team members along with EQP, Manufacturing, and MT to plan qualification logistics and perform the qualification. Prepare analysis reports with the final qualification pass/fail judgement.

Manage PCN qualifications of new or upgraded materials with other Photo Materials tea members including logistics preparation, testing, and final judgment and report.
