This role provides the opportunity to lead meaningful projects, collaborate with business stakeholders, and contribute to enterprise transformation efforts. **What You Will Do** + Manage finance transformation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. + Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including task sequencing, milestone tracking, and dependency management. + Monitor project financials and resource allocations, escalating variances and risks as appropriate. + Identify project risks and issues, coordinate mitigation plans, and track resolution to closure. + Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide status reporting, and ensure alignment across functional teams. + Coordinate with procurement and vendor partners as required to support project execution. + Clarify team roles, responsibilities, and deliverables to ensure accountability and timely execution. + Gather and incorporate end user feedback to support practical solution design and adoption.
