Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM** is currently seeking a Project Manager to work on HVAC projects in public facilities in Trenton, NJ for the NJ Division of Property Management and Construction. This role is not remote and requires on-site presence in Trenton. The role as Project Manager will assist in overseeing the delivery of the existing building mechanical renovation projects. The Project Manager will work with clients, design consultants, contractors and various stakeholders, managing the projects through construction and close-out of contracts to ensure that the work is high quality and delivered in the most expeditious, efficient manner possible. **Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:** + Providing oversight and direction to enable projects to be completed on time and on budget. + Assisting in the sequencing and coordination of projects. + Utilizing various platforms and software to ensure efficient agency review and approval pathways; reviewing plans and documents and providing feedback to various entities, and researching best practices to progress project delivery. + Coordination with NJDPMC, architects, engineers, contractors and various parties associated with the project is a critical aspect of the work. + Oversee and track project progress. + Attend regular design/construction project meetings and meet with consultants and staff to resolve design and construction problems. + Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and perform other ancillary administrative responsibilities related to the projects. + Conduct general administration and oversight of design and construction process. + Review designs for coordination and constructability. + Facilitate submittal and RFI process. + Oversee and document construction activities. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** + BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management + 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. **Preferred Requirements** + Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and project tracking systems such as e-builder or Primavera P6. + NYC Agency experience **Additional Information** + Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. + Relocation is not available for this position. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
