Project Manager - HR Tech

Kforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking a Project Manager who will provide consistent standardization across business units and leverage efficiencies in administration, technology, and associate experience.
Responsibilities:
* Work cross-functionally to deliver with multiple dependencies and teams; Work with Product Managers, Business and Engineering teams to ensure technical delivery
* Encourage synergy and alignment in delivery, provide clarity, and foster collaboration with stakeholders in a consistent way
* Documents issues, risks, decisions and leads team to develop mitigations and escalations
* Foster partnership and working relationship with Deloitte who is leading the conversion
* Creates and communicates reporting to stakeholders to highlight progress and readiness for delivery/rollout; recommends and strategizes plan adjustments; and implements plan changes based on stakeholder alignment
* Leading software development and implementations, preferably in HR
* Coordinating with large vendor/ partner (Deloitte, BCG, IBM as examples)
* Executive level communication and program tracking skills (providing stakeholder visibility, managing risks, etc.)
* Creating, maintaining and aligning project plans
