Serve as the primary point of contact for scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues. Lead all meetings, distribute agendas, and document minutes. Manage the design consultant so that the design deliverables are made available on time, achieving the client's requirements, codes, and standards. Manage and track the authorities' approval and NOCs and all AOR activities overall the design stages.
