Responsibilities

The Project Manager at Dispensary of Hope will spearhead critical, strategic projects across the organization.

 

Key Requirements:

Experience: Three years of experience managing projects in a healthcare or non-profit settingSkills: Strong customer service, presentation skills, project planning/management, ability to work independently, problem-solving, and technical proficiency (GSuite, Excel, Salesforce, Agile, Jira, Smartsheet)Internal and external customer serviceDeveloping and giving presentationProject planning and managementWork independently by prioritizing and managing timeProblem solving

Core Responsibilities:

Manage organization-wide projectsDevelop project plans/charters in collaboration with key stakeholdersNegotiate and monitor the use of resources for projects, making recommendations to leadershipWork closely with organization-wide to develop project plans and implement those projects
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education OR experience,
