Job DescriptionOverall Project leader for Bosch Home Comfort Time to Market ProjectsBe representative of project team at the project steering committeeManage the whole project process and the project’s escalation and problem solvingLead the project team to achieve project KPI targetsProject documents configuration managementInterface with internal and external stakeholders and move the project forwardProactively lead project problem solving process for unexpected situations and scenariosCoordinate and organize project meetings, milestone reviews etc.Actively seeking for opportunities of improvement for project processes

QualificationsBachelor's degree or above, majored in engineering. Master’s preferred.Minimum 5-years of project management experience;Project management experience in the field of home appliances is preferred;Project management experience in Automotive or Air Conditioning is a plus;Resilient, initiative, and strong interpersonal skill and good competence of communication, good at cooperation and set up good stakeholders engagement in an intercultural environmentLanguage Skill: Native in Chinese and Fluent in English
