About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our GTMC North America team, based in our Hyderabad hub. This role is critical in supporting North American commercial operations by managing strategic initiatives that enhance our go-to-market capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to deliver projects that drive commercial excellence and patient impact.

As a Project Manager in GTMC North America, you will be responsible for orchestrating complex projects that span marketing, sales operations, digital transformation, and commercial analytics. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-visibility initiatives that directly impact Sanofi's commercial success in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management: Coordinate projects from initiation through closure, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements

Global Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across North America, managing communications and expectations across different time zones

Resource Planning and Allocation: Coordinate with functional leaders to secure appropriate resources and manage team capacity across multiple concurrent projects

Risk Management and Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for project risks and issues

Budget Tracking and Financial Reporting: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial status updates to leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, Data Analytics, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution

Agile/Scrum Methodology Implementation: Apply agile principles and frameworks to enhance project delivery speed and adaptability

Executive Communications: Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership and steering committees

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize project management processes and implement best practices across the GTMC organization

Vendor and Third-Party Management: Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure deliverable quality and timeline adherence

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field

8+years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or commercial operations

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred

Experience working with North American teams and managing projects across multiple time zones

Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage global stakeholders effectively

Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms

Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial reporting

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations, marketing, or go-to-market functions

Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and commercial processes

Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe certification

Experience with digital transformation initiatives and technology implementations

Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or commercial insights

Previous experience supporting North American pharmaceutical markets

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
