Job Responsibilities
\n\nDevelop and administer project management plans and processes to successfully deliver projects while meeting the cost, timescale and quality parameters in line with overall businessobjectives and needs, Group guidelines and policies.\nExecute project management plans and processes for successful execution of projects\nDraft project plans to deliver projects to achieve required quality standard, on time and on budget\nInstruct and review the output of functional project team or individual project managers\nReport deviations on project expenditure to adhere to defined project budget\nTrack project milestones, report and update progress and performance against the project plan\nRecognize and resolve operational problems and minimize delays in the delivery of projects\nExecute project risk mitigation action plans to minimize projects risks\nSupport implementation of project results to create targeted impact\nUnderstand business processes, identify opportunities/ solutions and prioritize projects according to relevant measurement criteria\nAct as a liaison between different project stakeholders\nDetermine project resources, conduct performance reviews and post implementation evaluations\nConnect with and influence other specialist departments and 3rd parties e.g. external service providers\nMay convince others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches\nBuild strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers\nUnderstand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers and key stakeholders\nProvide technical guidance to line managers and employees\nManage business and project risks, including the development of contingency plans according to the needs of the projects being managed\nAct as a trouble shooter when requested, to provide advice and support to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the agreed specifications\nConduct/ facilitate (where necessary) reviews to assess the success of the project\nReport regularly on project progress\n\nStakeholders Management

\nEducational Qualification
\n\nMinimum Bachelor's Degree\n\nExpected (Years of) Experience
\n\nMinimum of 4 years working experience in a project management capacity,\nIdeally previous experience gained with DHL with a comprehensive knowledge of the DHL Express network\nGood understanding of transportation, express, import and export operations and regulations\nGood understanding of project management processes and methods, preferably relevant certification (e.g. PRINCE 2)\nWell-developed analytical skills with related experience in the use of structured methodologies, modelling techniques and tools and / or willingness to adopt newtechniques. Relevant certification (Power BI or Tableau) preferred\nExcellent PC skills and IT aptitude including a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office products and use of modelling tools\nDemonstrable experience in the analysis, design and implementation of business and IT solutions\nPractical experience of business process analysis, mapping and implementing process change\nHighly motivated with an ability to manage varying workloads against timescales as well as small teams of analysts and subject matter experts\nGood facilitation skills\nStrong creative thinking and the ability to see the ‘bigger picture’\nGood communication skills (written and verbal)\nStrong written and spoken English\nUnderstanding of the existing processes and solutions of DHL Express with strong business acumen\nUnderstanding of the principles of change management\nWilling to travel to DHL Locations\nStrong written & spoken English\n
