**Job Profile Summary**
The IT Global Infrastructure Services Transformation Project Manager is accountable for leading highly complex, multi-region, and multi-domain transformation programs across Philips’ global infrastructure landscape. This senior role oversees modernization initiatives spanning SD-WAN, SD-LAN, core network services, cloud orchestration platforms, infrastructure lifecycle modernization, and enterprise-wide digital capability enablement.
The Senior Project Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy and strategic influence, partnering with global leadership, enterprise architects, platform owners, and vendors to drive impactful outcomes. The role ensures alignment to enterprise architecture and IT strategy, enforces Quality, Regulatory, and Security compliance, and steers programs that significantly contribute to Philips’ digital infrastructure evolution.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Leads large-scale, global transformation programs, overseeing scope, timelines, financials, dependencies, and overall governance for highly complex infrastructure modernization initiatives.
+ Shapes program direction and strategic roadmaps, working closely with senior IT and business leaders to align program outcomes with global digital infrastructure strategy.
+ Coordinates and influences global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration across IT Infrastructure Services, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Regional IT, and external technology partners.
+ Drives execution of multi-year modernization programs, including SD-WAN, SD-LAN, cloud orchestration, network segmentation, and modernization of core connectivity and compute services.
+ Ensures global compliance with IT standards, Quality & Regulatory requirements, architecture principles, and security controls across all program activities.
+ Identifies, anticipates, and mitigates risks, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved with appropriate urgency across regions and teams.
+ Owns global program financials, including budget planning, forecasting, value realization, and cost optimization.
+ Provides executive-level governance and reporting, ensuring clarity of decisions, risks, KPIs, and progress to senior leadership and steering committees.
+ Chairs governance bodies such as global program boards, release control boards, and architecture alignment sessions.
+ Drives standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement across global infrastructure transformation workstreams.
**Minimum Required Education**
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent.
**Minimum Required Experience**
Minimum 5 years of experience leading large-scale IT infrastructure, cloud, or network transformation initiatives, preferably in a global or multi-region environment.
**Preferred Education**
Master’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
**Preferred Experience**
+ Proven track record managing global infrastructure transformation or large-scale modernization programs.
+ Experience influencing senior leaders, working in complex matrixed organizations, and managing global vendors and integrators.
+ Experience delivering SD-WAN/SD-LAN, cloud orchestration, or network modernization programs.
**Preferred Certifications**
+ Philips PM Foundation Certification
+ PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications
+ Network or Cloud certifications (Cisco, AWS, Azure)

**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office based role.
