As a **Project Manager for Precision Diagnosis and Image Guided Therapy** , you will play a vital role in building and maintaining trust-based relationships with our customers in Poland.
You will ensure continuity and strong local engagement through proactive communication and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Your on-site presence, timely coordination, quick issue resolution, and consistent service delivery, especially in high-touch environments, will be central to your daily work.
The role specifically targeting the Dolny Śląsk/Opolskie region, ideally based around Wrocław.
**Your role:**
+ Leads the execution of complex project tasks to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
+ Engages with customers on technical and operational matters, providing expert guidance and resolving advanced issues to maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Applies independent judgment under limited supervision to drive project success and compliance, cultivating effective relationships with internal and external partners.
+ Develops and implements comprehensive project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure resource allocation and achievement of project milestones.
+ Analyzes project performance data and metrics to offer strategic insights that optimize outcomes, enhance customer value, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Evaluates project risks, issues, and changes requests, collaborating with project managers on mitigation strategies to ensure project success while maintaining customer trust.
**You’re the right fit if you:**
+ Bring at least **5 years** of experience in **managing complex projects** and hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
+ Communicate confidently in **Polish** and **English** and can **manage multiple tasks** while **staying organized** .
+ Are proficient in **AutoCAD** and **MS Office** and ideally have **2–3 years** of experience **working with construction companies** .
+ Can work under time pressure, set priorities, resolve conflicts, and are ready for frequent business travel and on-site customer visits.
+ Are ready for frequent customer visits and willing to travel regularly, so **B driving license** will be must as part of your role.
