ACTIVITIES:

Mission Context
We are looking for specialized project management expertise to oversee the various international sporting events in which TotalEnergies is associated as a sponsor. These events take place throughout the year and require meticulous coordination to ensure their success. Our goal is to ensure that every key project milestone is delivered in a timely manner, thereby contributing significantly to our organization's strategic goals. We want to ensure that every event runs smoothly, on time and on budget. The expertise sought will also have to ensure fluid communication between the various stakeholders and anticipate possible risks. Finally, we expect an ability to adapt to the unexpected and to propose innovative solutions to optimize the flow of events.

Objectives and deliverables
We aim to achieve the following objectives: Ensure timely delivery of key project milestones. Contribute significantly to TotalEnergies' strategic objectives. Ensuring that sporting events run smoothly. Maintain effective communication between all stakeholders. Apply and enforce the strict rules of the organizer and TotalEnergies Anticipate and manage potential risks. Propose innovative solutions to optimize processes.
