Responsibilities:
What You?ll Do
Oversee water damage response projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met

Lead and mentor a team, promoting a culture of accountability, empathy, and problem-solving

Communicate with homeowners and business clients during difficult situations, providing reassurance and clear updates

Manage scheduling and staffing needs with the flexibility of hours and balancing urgent response with proactive planning

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Experience managing multi-shift teams or large-scale operations

Background in customer-facing roles that required crisis/problem resolution

Familiarity with scheduling software or project management tools

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in retail, operations, or project management

Strong people-skills: empathetic communicator and motivator

Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly

Flexibility to work on-call schedules and adjust to changing demands
