Project Manager (Field Manager)

Job Description:

Responsible of Managing the Site erection & commissioning team  & activitiesShould be a people manager and skills to manger E&C team.Responsible for Project execution (START to END exhibiting professional approach. (Both Technical & contractual) including experience in Site Installation & Commissioning of Water & Wastewater projects.
Through knowledge in water & wastewater segment 
Understanding the technical/design part of WTP /WWTP & STP with respect to mechanical, Electrical &Instrumentation
knowledge in planning / scheduling & Finalizing Site contractor & Site mobilizationFollowing all site safety norms. Visiting site at regular interval & manage Installation & commissioning trouble shooting etc..Weekly reporting & updates to stake holders & ensure proper
Knowledge of contract commercials aspects.
Knowledge in handling Operation & Maintenance of Water & Wastewater projects.
Able to manage the site & customer and complete the activity within the time frame. Provide strong support to the Site execution team to create and maintain a united team. 
Effectively manage the resources to maximize their productive/successful site completion.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal /external customers & shall be a team player

Personal Qualities: 


Should have Experience of around  15 years +
Must be dynamic, friendly, and like to work in a multinational environment. 
Willingness to travel anywhere in IMEA & Stay at site as per the requirement by company/ Project.

Area of posting (Region): Chennai. Should have the willingness to take up the job anywhere in India (based on the requirement)

Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Engineering (At least 15 in relevant work experience) 
Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills   
Good in People /Contractor Management 
From Water and Wastewater Treatment Industry only (MUST)
