We focus on customer delight, clear project visibility, and optimal resource planning.Role OverviewContingent role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our ERP transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with project management experience who are eager to grow in a dynamic environment. The PM will assist the Program Manager in coordinating ERP-related activities, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication across teams and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProject CoordinationAssist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.Help organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.Assist in tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.Coordinate with functional and technical teams (e.g., Finance, HR, IT) to ensure alignment.Documentation & ReportingMaintain project documentation including schedules, status reports, and change logs.Track progress and update stakeholders regularly.Prepare weekly status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.Document meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.Stakeholder CommunicationFacilitate an effective communication with internal teams and external partners.Help managing expectations and ensure alignment on goals and timelines.Risk & Issue TrackingAssist in identifying potential risks and issues at early.Support mitigation planning and escalation processes.Tool & Process SupportUse project management tools (e.g Jira, MS Project) to track tasks.Assist in improving project workflows and templates.Qualifications:6+ years of broader experience in IT.3+ years of proven experience in ERP Transformation.3+ years of recent experience on the Oracle platform.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.Exposure to ORACLE, SAP or other ERP systems is plus.Strong organizational and communication skills.Eagerness to learn and grow in ERP project environments.Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Preferred Skills:Familiarity with ORACLE, SAP or other ERP systemsExperience with documentation tools like Confluence or SharePoint.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
