About the Role:
Work experience in Installing major Electrical equipements and devises in manufacturing construction projects and leading the Electrical works.Through knowledge on Utilities and Utility set up like Diesel Generators, DG Synchronizing Panels, Large LT transformers, Electrical installations, HVAC systems, STP, ETP, WTP etc.Should be able to Design, Control, and implement electrical systems.Prepare blueprints and technical diagrams and schematics.Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering standards.Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time.Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards.Collaborate with technicians to design and apply new system processes.Perform quality and performance analysis.Summarize data and report on test results.Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgetsMonitor maintenance and inspection plans.Able to read the drawings & engineering specifications and tolerances.Should be able to take measurements, calculate and establish the quantities and associated cost for contractor bills.Requirements and skills
Proven expertise as an electrical engineerHands-on experience using design and calculation software.In depth knowledge of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.Excellent Problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail.Strong organizational and communication skillsWell versed with Environment, Health and Safety standards.Having exposure with ISO & OHSAS standards and faced the internal and external audits.Having experience of working with multiple contractors at site.Knowledge on PHE works, Electrical specifications etc.Having experience of working with PMC team.Having experience of documentation work.Exposure in handling government agencies, local authorities / AgenciesExposure to create change management / Scope management / non-tendered itemsShould possess high level of problem -solving techniques using simple but effective quality tools.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
