Purpose

The Project Manager Digital & AI Strategy is focused on delivering digital transformation and AI-driven solutions across Care Delivery International. The role supports the development of the Care Delivery International digital & AI strategy and is responsible for leading and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver projects from idea to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

Support the development of the Care Delivery International digital & AI strategy by providing strategic market intelligence, collaborating with country teams, corporate functions as well as external players and thoroughly assessing opportunities to guide strategic decisions.Drive measurable impact by leading or supporting projects in a highly effective manner from initiation through successful operational handover and mobilizing teams to deliver on priorities, defined impact and timelines.Ensure performance monitoring, track progress, identify risks or dependencies, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.Provide or coordinate relevant analytical insights, structured documentation, synthesized insights and ensure efficient alignment as well as flow of content and information across cross-functional teams.Contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing and capability building.

Qualifications

5+ years project management experience in a global environment, preferably consulting experience and understanding of the healthcare services industryBachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)Fluent written and oral language skills in EnglishReadiness for international travel
