**JOB SUMMARY** **Project Manager II – Hybrid | Plano, Texas** The **Project Manager II** plays a key role in organizing, coordinating, and executing **moderate to large-scale, complex projects** within a fast-paced healthcare and construction-focused environment. This position leads cross-functional teams, manages project scope and resources, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has experience driving projects that intersect **healthcare operations, facilities, construction, or large-scale infrastructure work** . **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE** + **Develops comprehensive project plans** , incorporating feasibility, resourcing, risk analysis, and change-management strategies to ensure successful project execution. + **Defines project deliverables, timelines, and milestones** , ensuring alignment with both short- and long-term business and operational objectives. + Establishes a clear project charter, team roles, responsibilities, and accountability structures to support project success. + Leads feasibility assessments, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making for healthcare and facilities-related initiatives. + **Determines staffing, equipment, scheduling, and financial needs** , working closely with internal teams to secure required resources. + Serves as a central point of coordination, **collaborating with operations, facilities, clinical teams, construction partners, and other departments** to maintain alignment throughout the project. + **Manages complex project portfolios** ensuring progress, quality, and adherence to scope, budget, and timelines. + Creates and maintains project documentation including charters, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and status reports. + Communicates project expectations clearly and proactively identifies and resolves issues, risks, and potential delays. + Facilitates regular team meetings, including **daily stand-ups** when leveraging Agile methodology. + Provides project progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and shared visibility. + Oversees day-to-day team performance, workload delegation, and productivity within established guidelines and procedures. + **Manages vendors, construction partners, and consulting teams** , ensuring contract compliance, quality performance, and the safe execution of all project activities. + Acts as a liaison between end users, clinical teams, facilities professionals, and technical groups to ensure alignment of project goals and outcomes. + Maintains working knowledge of operational workflows and technology applications relevant to project scope. **KEY SUCCESS FACTORS** + Experience working in **healthcare, construction, facilities, or infrastructure project environments** . + Strong understanding of both **Waterfall and Agile** methodologies. + Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from initiation through implementation. + Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building capabilities. + Ability to translate technical, operational, and construction-related concepts to diverse audiences. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings concisely. + Proven track record of developing and maintaining productive, cross-functional partnerships. + Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. + Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration, Construction Management, or related field. + Experience with project management platforms such as **Smartsheet, Planview, Azure DevOps** , or similar tools. + Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus. **BENEFITS** Our competitive benefits package includes the following - Immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits - 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% - Tuition Reimbursement - PTO accrual beginning Day 1 Note: Benefits may vary based upon position type and/or level **QUALIFICATIONS** - EDUCATION - H.S.
