Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Project Manager for large scale Data Center Projects to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon, India. As a senior-level project management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing complex, high-stakes projects and leading a team of project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients with multiple concurrent projects, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality outcomesDrive revenue growth through flawless project execution and cultivation of repeat businessConsistently achieve and exceed planned profit margins across all projectsDevelop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and uncertaintiesProvide strategic direction and mentorship to junior project managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvementMake critical decisions regarding project scope, resources, and timelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfactionAnalyze project performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiencyOversee complex client relationships and navigate challenging stakeholder dynamicsEnsure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 6 years of progressive project management experience, with a track record of successfully managing complex, multi-faceted projectsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentDemonstrated expertise in portfolio management, risk assessment, and strategic decision-makingProven ability to consistently deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsStrong leadership skills with experience supervising and mentoring project teamsExcellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnershipsAdvanced proficiency in project management software and toolsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsOutstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalExperience in managing projects with significant Risk Triggering Factors (RTFs)Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maintaining healthy profit marginsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesExperience in construction management, particularly on school bond projects, is highly desirable

Additional Information

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project / Primavera (Desirable), Revit, Navisworks, ACC, AutoCAD, and other project management tools. Strong understanding of design and construction processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
