Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Lead the onboarding process for new case launches with tight governanceClosely coordinate with Sales, and Client Management to take clients through business acceptance to go-liveEngage with Service Delivery and Product teams to ensure client requirement are serviceable or on a development pathMaintain a library of current documentation and processes for new case onboardingDevelop and maintain good relationships with key client personnelLiaise with Operations, Product and IT teams as appropriate to ensure any deliverables dependent on these functions are on track to complete in line with agreed timeframesDevelop best practices and tools for change project execution and managementBe aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with the role and acts in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations for clients globally
