We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our fast-moving team. This role is focused on coordinating and executing a variety of operational and installation projects that support our rapid growth in both the automotive and industrial sectors.
You’ll lead efforts to manage the rollout of specialized equipment across the country, oversee hundreds of active bids, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, field technicians, distributors, and customers. Projects include:
+ Coordinating national equipment installations for automotive service centers and industrial facilities.
+ Managing distributor-led service and support across multiple time zones.
+ Supporting expansion efforts tied to a newly upgraded manufacturing facility.
+ Driving process improvements to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Projects You’ll Lead:
+ National rollout of new technology to automotive service centers, helping clients improve performance and efficiency
+ Coordination of equipment installations and service support through distributor partners located across different regions of the US
+ Support for industrial expansion projects, including work tied to a newly upgraded manufacturing facility
+ Continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing uptime, streamlining operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of project management experience
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Experience managing projects with multiple moving parts and stakeholders
+ Comfortable using Excel, Word, Teams, Slack, and cloud-based tools
+ Ability to understand technical workflows and estimate task durations
+ Background in construction, general contracting, or subcontracting is a plus
+ Self-starter mindset with a drive to get things done
+ Authorized to work in the U.S.
Work Environment: Fully onsite in Englewood. Individual contributor role, no direct reports.
Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Permanent Hire)
Compensation: Up to $125,000 annually
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $68.00/hr.
