Project Manager - Communications and Content (Health Care Reform)

As a Project Manager focused on communications, content and compliance processes in the Health Care Reform business unit, you’ll be responsible for successfully planning, coordinating, managing content, creating external and/or internal communications and ensuring our processes are current and in compliance that support the business’s overall Client/Associate experience strategy. The Project Manager position participates as the leader or a key contributor in delivering outcomes that help drive programs and initiatives success.  

 

A typical day involves working with your stakeholders and team members on each initiative, either building out the plan, ensuring project execution, developing communications and/or guaranteeing deadlines are being met.  Bring your creativity! Each project is unique, and requires a high level of engagement, collaboration and curiosity to clarify stakeholder needs in helping to create proper messaging, content and different types of communications (social, digital, emails, etc..).  There will also be opportunities to present findings and project updates to different group within the organization and at executive levels.
 

What you’ll do: Responsibilities: 

Assist in developing strategies for engaging content, internal and external client/associate communications, client assets and client experiences that meet the needs in various areas   Help create client strategies and execution plans in preparing and presenting updated plans to key stakeholders or executive leadership on a regular basis  Manage or support multiple initiatives related to process updates, client focused initiatives, tools and resources that support/impact the client experience.    Manage assets to ensure consistency, including quality control, brand and legal reviews/approvals  Use project management skills to oversee programs, events, communications and calendar to ensure deadlines are met   Collect feedback to develop create assets and support digital programs  Responsible for ensuring Health Care Reform compliance processes are updated   Work closely with in Compliance Solutions, ADP and Health Care Reform to partner to achieve outcomes  Review penalty notice responses for accuracy in preparation for client review  

 

To Succeed in this Role: Requirements 

 

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing.   Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management and customer service skills.   Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations.  Ability to work and thrive independently and in a team environment, focused on achieving results and meeting deadlines.  A natural curiosity to learn and the ability to inspire the same curiosity in others.  Proficient using Microsoft Office.   Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies. 

 

 

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include: 

Experience in communications, marketing, project management service, implementation, training, or equivalent knowledge/experience OR  Prior military experience that focused on teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a "never lose" mentality earned as part of the military to build relationships, impact businesses for the better, and achieve success. 

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

Expertise surrounding the Affordable Care Act Experience with Microsoft 365 Applications- Planner, SharePoint, Power BI, List, Forms Power Automate PMP or equivalent professional project management certification  Communication Skills Problem Solving Able to manage multiple and changing priorities (flexibility/adaptability) Partnership/collaboration Results Orientation
