Project Manager/CAD Designer

Job Description

• AutoCAD mastery and full ownership of facility layouts for multiple high volume automated pharmacies as well as many office facilities

• Collaborate with the broader operations team and capacity planning to draft facility concepts that align with the state-of-the-art processes and equipment

• Prepare Requests for Proposal with pharmacy automation vendors for expansion and efficiency needs

• Manage the vendor selection and collaborate closely with partners, operations, facilities and IT on detailed project planning

• Oversee facility modification installations

• Periods of travel can be up to 80% during projects going-live followed by periods of reduced travel

• Collaborate directly with the SVP of operations on cost estimation and building of the pharmacy capital budgets

• Designing office spaces, automation, detailed engineering

**This is a hybrid role when not traveling

Must Have

5+ years of AutoCAD (2D or 3D) experienceFacility layout and new equipment location drafting experienceEquipment relocation and installation coordinationProject planning/coordinating experienceUtilities delivery engineering experienceProject management experienceCapital planning and budgeting experience

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degreeVendor selection, requests for quotation, bidding experienceSoftware/hardware familiarity

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $53.00/hr.
