Kforce has a client in Plantation, FL that is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to support a strategic IT initiative focused on the reimplementation of ServiceNow (SNOW). This role requires a hands-on contributor who thrives in dynamic environments and can independently drive project execution while performing in-depth business analysis. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: * Actively manage day-to-day project activities and deliverables * Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions * Track, monitor, and drive project tasks to completion * Document team tasks and follow up to ensure accountability * Manage and report on project financials and budget performance Business Analysis: * Review and assess existing ITSM processes * Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement * Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements * Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows and process maps * Provide actionable insights to align ITSM processes with business goals
