Lead and manage renewable energy projects in Khavda, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control Oversee project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure project success Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact delivery Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and environmental requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency and sustainability Contribute to the development of innovative renewable energy solutions and technologies Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate renewable energy projects with other business operations Represent Adani in industry forums, conferences, and networking events

Education Qualification:

B.E./ B.Tech – Electrical/ Civil

Certification required:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Renewable Energy Professional (REP) certification (preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 20 years of experience in the renewable energy industry Demonstrated track record of successful project management Experience in leading and motivating project teams Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget Expertise in renewable energy technologies and best practices
