Job Description

As a Project Manager in the Supply Chain division, you will coordinate and implement end-to-end packing and transport solutions across several international manufacturing sites. You will lead the development of operational layouts, packing flows, and shipment plans supporting industrial programs.

Location: Kragujevac (with possible travels in Europe/North Africa)

Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing / International Logistics

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of packing areas, equipment, and associated plant flows up to container loading docks.Interpret technical drawings and layouts to ensure accurate packing process setup.Define and manage packing specifications for components and raw materials.Launch RFQs and award contracts to packing suppliers in coordination with purchasing.Build and execute packing and shipping plans:Define time windows and priorities for container loadingSecure container availabilityCoordinate with operations, logistics, and production planningOversee quality checks on parts prior to packing.Supervise physical packing activities on site.Act as the main interface between central functions, plant teams, and logistics providers.

Qualifications7+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with strong knowledge of supply chain and transport operations.Previous experience in packing flow optimization and international shipping projects.Ability to read and analyze industrial plans and layouts.Strong leadership in cross-functional project environments.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Willing to travel across Europe and North Africa on a regular basis.
