Job DescriptionAre you an experienced Project Manager with a background in automation, manufacturing, or engineering? Bosch Oceania is seeking a dynamic professional to lead key projects, drive process improvements, and support business growth within our Bosch Australia Manufacturing Solutions (BAMS) department. This is a 2-year maximum-term, full-time opportunity based at our Head Office in Clayton and may involve occasional domestic and international travel.
About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will be:
Managing automation and engineering services projects as assignedActively managing projects and associated risks to achieve specified financial and business targetsMonitor, report status of managed projects and implement corrective actions to achieve targetsMaintaining quality and document recording systems in line with internal proceduresSupporting project acquisitions with internal and external customersDriving process improvements and developing internal project management servicesProviding interface to the customer in relation to project mattersPreparing, maintaining, and actively managing integration and execution plans for allocated projectsProject Scope ManagementProviding, maintaining, and actively managing timing plans for allocated projectsManaging Project Cost Management inclusive of monitoring and driving corrective actions as neededEnsuring the release of equipment in compliance with customer specificationQualificationsWe are looking for an innovative thinker who works well in a team environment, who can get in and get it done with a positive attitude, is results focused and displays a high level of attention to detail.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
Relevant degree in Engineering (or related Project Management industry experience)PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner level certification / PMP is highly desirableStrong project management experience within automation, manufacturing, or engineering industries.Experience with special-purpose machinery and setup of manufacturing sites will be very highly regardedExperience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within manufacturing.Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to manage risks and lead project teams.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and SAP.Valid Driver’s License.Willingness to travel occasionally within the region, interstate, and overseasAdditional InformationWe recognise that our employees are our greatest asset.
