Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager Assistant to support the successful execution of manufacturing projects. This role will provide direct assistance to the Project Manager in coordinating tasks, supervising project activities, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with zero recordable incidents or injuries. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working across departments to drive project success.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and deliverables.Provide on-site supervision and support to ensure adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, safety, and engineering.Monitor project budgets and report variances or concerns to the Project Manager.Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including progress reports, safety records, and change orders.Support the implementation of safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.Help identify and resolve project-related issues to minimize delays and disruptions.Participate in project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Serve as a liaison between the Project Manager and field teams to ensure clear communication and accountability.Qualifications:
