**Project Manager and BCT Admin**
**About the Role:**
As a CBRE BSO Project Manager and BCT Admin, you will be working as an Expert or Senior Expert, fully seconded to the UK-based Banking Client.
This role will serve as the local point of contact for users and key stakeholders of the BCT platform, advocating for a great user experience and continuous improvement of the tool. The Project Manager and BCT Admin will oversee various projects and ensure effective communication between the project team, development team, and users. This role reports directly to the Account Lead and plays a crucial part in the successful delivery of our projects.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Have a direct reporting line to the Account Lead in Warsaw, but will co-operate on a daily basis with the London-based Client representative.
+ Manage project plans and timelines, keeping track of major BCT project items, their status, and anticipated deadlines.
+ Update the Jira board by uploading stories, writing own stories, and creating epics to add structure to the workload.
+ Test user stories in preparation for releases, working closely with the development team and tracking testing results across different environments (SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod).
+ Facilitate regular meetings within the project team, between project and development teams, and with users, ensuring all requirements are met.
+ Send out communications about BCT releases and other announcements to users.
+ Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries and directing issues to developers when necessary.
+ Maintain the user list and approval matrix, manage user access, and perform annual recertification processes.
+ Upload flat files from various golden sources and test them before release.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ English written and spoken at minimum C1 level, no strong foreign accent
+ Proven experience in project management within the last 12 months
+ Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
+ Lease Administration knowledge is a must; preferable experience in Data Management
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Experience in individual communication / presentation to senior external stakeholders
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Experience with user support (IT development) and stakeholder management
