Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders. ✅ Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in software development or IT projects. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles. Hands-on experience with Jira and ServiceNow for project tracking and workflow management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
