The Opportunity  

 

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark mixed-use development in the heart of Adelaide. This is a pivotal role for someone with expertise in built-form project management, who can confidently manage delivery phases and is excited about the prospect of working on a CBD development.

This is an opportunity to make your mark on a signature development that will shape Adelaide’s skyline.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of a major residential mixed-use project, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Manage contract administration processes, including variations, progress claims, and compliance. Coordinate and lead project teams, fostering collaboration across consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Provide accurate reporting and updates to senior leadership and clients.

 

About You

You’re a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in complex environments, bring strong commercial acumen, and have exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Extensive experience managing projects within property or social infrastructure, ideally degree-qualified in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Background in built-form projects in Adelaide market open to experience across commercial, residential, education, health, etc ideally with exposure to consultancy or client-side roles. Strong knowledge of contract administration and construction delivery processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to bring confidence to project management process.
